Enjoyable Spring Travels
I’ve been traveling so haven’t been writing. Hubby and I spent a weekend in Charlotte, NC at a business conference. However, we always have an enjoyable time. We’ve been asked, “Are you traveling for business or pleasure?”
I’ve wondered, “Why can’t traveling for business be pleasurable?’ Especially when you enjoy your business and the colleagues you associate with.
I liked being in the air again and covering the miles more rapidly than in a car. Even though we had waits in airports, we had fun meeting people, discovering places to eat, and catching up with “travel fashions.”
The blossoms and flowers were in bloom in Charlotte and we had one warm, sunny day to be out and about to enjoy them.
One of our events took place at a lake…a southern barbeque.
This is a nice time of year to travel…after blizzards and before thunderstorms, both of which can cause many changes in travel plans.
